This challenge is about different ways of seeing. A famous photographer’s statement is that to take good photographs you have to learn to “see” without the camera, or in other words, learn to see the many different aspects of the same subject. For this challenge lets take at least three images of the same subject. You can post them individually or in a collage.
Here is a photography lecture by Alex Klibee on how to see different aspects.

This is my story in three frames with one thing changed.
Love it Karen!
I chose the Stony Trail Bridge over the Bow River as my subject. Panorama shot early morning under a clear sky. ISO 125, f/4.5, 1/1600 sec. The other two taken this afternoon under harsh mid-day lighting. ISO 125, f/2.8. Played around in Photoshop with multiple sliders and the levels tool to get the best effect.
Kanha National Park India.
Tiger as he is leaving the forest.
Same tiger cropped.
And cropped again.
Curtain holder – early morning light
Different angle to focus on the tassel.
-and darkened, using ‘stage light mono’ in Portrait mode on my phone
Close up, from a low angle.
A happy accident to get the ‘eyes’
Our old 70s vintage tent trailer that I later converted into a utility trailer. ISO 100 f/18 1/100.
Rear viewISO 100 f/18 1/50.
With reflection of dandelion cropISO 125 f/14 1/40.
Great dandelion reflection!
This large, high cavern in Monument Valley backcountry is called the Big Hogan, a hogan being a Navajo dwelling. The shelter with the large hole in the roof is reminiscent of these structures. ISO 3600, 24mm, f/9, 1/400s.
Our Navajo guide on our tour pointed out the head of the eagle, with the hole being its eye. iPhone shot, ISO 80, 2.2mm, f/2.2, 1/100s.
For those Raiders of the Lost Ark fans, when filming the movie this is the hole they used when they lowered Harrision Ford into the pit of snakes! ISO 4500, 24mm, f/9, 1/400s.
Really?? How cool is that! Superb pic too
Monument Valley is so great
Also, I love the Eagle eye above
Three views of Glenmore lake(?). The originals were very uninspiring – mostly browns and ochres. So I played with the chroma and liked the result better.
Another
and another
(all taken with cell phone)
I did these as collages with the Photoshop phone app.
This is my daily breakfast.
When we walk the dog in Beddington, this house always has different things going on in the backyard. So I took these three pictures and put them thru HDR filter.
